Schedule & Description of Classes

Most classes are open to all levels, modifications and variations will be given if needed, blocks will be available to assist in postural alignment.



Please bring a mat and water to class.

Wear comfortable yoga clothes and do not eat prior to class.

If you need to eat something have a piece of fruit or yogurt.


Please arrive 10 minutes early.
