To truly benefit from your yoga experience we offer the following suggestions.
Please turn off your cell phone - we want you to enjoy your time in our studio and to focus on YOUR time.
Arrive 10 minutes before class begins. This will allow you to set up in your area and be prepared to start on time.
Try not to eat at least 2 hours before class. If you must eat something keep it light.
Focus on yourself during class - this is your experience. We want you to focus on what you want to receive from the class - it's your energy and peace. Enjoy what you are creating for YOU.
No children please.
At the end of class please put towels in the bin and roll up mats and return to basket.
